Football Tournaments 2010

Eendract Bruges International, 1 - 2 MAY
On May 1st and 2nd, 2010 the first "Eendracht Brugge International Football-Cup" will be organized in one of the most beautiful cities in Belgium. The two day tournament will be open to amateur and veterans club sides, with each team guaranteed a minimum of 5 matches.

All teams must arrive in Bruges on Friday 30th April as in the evening there will be a welcome drink at the club of Eendracht Brugge.

SV Venray Ladies Cup, 22 - 23 MAY
We would like to invite your women's and girl’s teams to take part in the 6th edition of this event. It is expected that 60 women’s and girls teams from 4 different countries will attend the event based in Venray, a small city, about 40 km east of Eindhoven. The tournament will be played on 7 first-class soccer pitches at the sports complex of SV Venray and all teams will play at least 6 matches throughout Saturday and Sunday.

San Marino Cup, 5 - 10 JULY
The San Marino Cup is the biggest international youth soccer tournament in the Italian peninsula with 60-70 boys and girl’s teams competing from 15 countries on a total of 15 pitches. Each team is guaranteed 4 matches and there is also an amazing Olympic style opening ceremony.

Valtellina Football Cup, 27 JULY - 1 AUGUST
The Valtellina Football Cup is a unique soccer tournament organised in the beautiful Italian Alps with 35-40 boy's and girl's teams competing from 10 countries on a total of 10 grass and astroturf pitches. Each team is guaranteed 4 matches and there is also an Opening ceremony & party.

Copenhagen Tivoli Cup, 12 - 16 JULY
International football tournament for girls and boys aged 10- 20 with 20 to 25 participating nations in the 19th edition in 2010. The tournament will take place at a large stadium located in an area of natural beauty close to the town centre of Hillerod and Frederiksborg Castle.

International Como Lake Cup, 1 - 4 APRIL
The Como Lake Cup is regarded as one of Europe's biggest international Easter soccer tournaments. Your team is invited to participate in the 9th annual edition.

Between 50 and 65 teams from 10 countries are expected in 2010. The tournament is sanctioned by the Italian Soccer Federation and attracts teams from all parts of the world. Games are played on top quality astro-turf and natural grass pitches.

The tournament is located in Como is one of the most VIP beautiful and historical cities in Italy and a soccer hotbed, close to Milan, home to Serie A clubs AC and Inter Milan.

Holland Easter Classic, 3 - 4 APRIL
Holland Easter ClassicThe Holland Easter Classic is regarded as one of Europe’s biggest youth soccer tournaments and is based in Harlem and Amsterdam. Your team is invited to participate in the 20th annual edition in 2008 with between 200-250 teams from 10 countries expected.

Holland Easter Open, 3 - 4 APRIL
2010 will see the 11th Holland Easter Open, which will traditionally be played over the Easter weekend. The opening ceremonies are held on Friday 3rd April, with the initial group games on Saturday 4th and the final group games on Sunday 5th. The tournament will be played in South East Holland, between Nijmegen and Venlo, and is based at 10 different venues. You can apply to enter 26 different age groups (5 elite boy groups, 5 girl groups, 16 boy groups), all divided into an A-and B-bracket, depending on team strength. Each team will play a minimum of 6 games in two days. 450 teams from 15 countries participated in 2008, making this the largest tournament of its kind in Europe over Easter!

Copa Marbella, 4 - 8 April
Copa Marbella has the only international youth football festivals in the Malaga region and the biggest in the south of Spain. After great success in recent years, the 2010 event will see over 50 teams of children aged from 6-16 participating, with teams entering from around the world, including; Spain, Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales, America, Norway and Sweden. High on adrenaline the festivals are 3 days of fantastic football encompassing excitement – action – passion & entertainment from the future stars of the game. Over 500 players will take part in the tournaments which will be watched by over 2000 people.

The year 2010 marks the 12th annual Amsterdam Cup with 150 teams from 6 different countries accepted to participate. The tournament is held at 2 different sports facilities in Amsterdam with a total of 20 pitches. Participation in the Cup can easily be combined with a visit to the Amsterdam Arena Ajax Stadium, a canal cruise or a visit to Dam Square.

Umbro Dublin Cup, 30 July - 1 AUGUST
In 2010 the 8th annual ‘Umbro Dublin Cup’ will take place Friday 30th July until Sunday 1st August (inclusive) at the AUL Complex in Clonshaugh, Dublin. The cup has proved to be very popular in the past 7 years, with teams from within Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, England, Wales, USA and Canada participating. The tournament is open to all ages from schoolboys U11-U16 and U17’s girls.
