Barbados Rugby Festival, 15 - 18 MARCH
The inaugural You Invent Barbados rugby tournament will be a 15-a-side event, taking place in March 2010. A maximum of 16 teams will compete in the cup, plate and shield competitions over 3 days. A beach 7's tournament may also be scheduled later in the week, in which all participating teams will be expected to enter at least 1 team. The comprehensive tournament programme will enable participating clubs to enjoy this fundamentally winter sport in the sun, whilst also making the most of everything this wonderful Island has to offer!

Ghent Easter Tournament, 3 - 4 APRIL
Ghent rugby club and You Invent welcome you to the 22nd annual Ghent Easter rugby tournament. Last year saw teams from the UK, France, Germany, Holland and Belgium battle it out over two fantastic days of rugby. There will be an all night party on the Friday and a fancy dress theme for the Saturday evening so it is sure to be an entertaining weekend for all concerned.

Diok Leiden Easter Tournament, 3 - 4 APRIL
Leiden Rugby Club Diok, one of the premier clubs in Holland, organises a tournament over the Easter weekend for club women’s and men’s teams of all standards. Leiden is 20km south of Amsterdam airport and 40km south of Amsterdam city centre. Teams from over 13 countries have participated in previous years and with a 15’s tournament on the Saturday and 10’s on the Sunday there is something for everyone over the course of the weekend.

Etten Leur Easter Tournament, 4 APRIL
We are pleased to invite you to the 2010 Easter Tournament, which will be hosted by Rugby Club Etten-Leur (R.E.L.) in the South of Holland. Etten-Leur is a little village next the bigger city of Breda, situated about 45 minutes drive from Rotterdam and Antwerp (Belgium). Rugby Club Etten-Leur is well-known for its hospitality and warm welcomes to all touring clubs.

Wakke Memorial Tournament, 1 MAY
2010 will be the 19th edition of this annual tournament, created in remembrance of the club’s ex-captain and co-founder Walter 'Wakke' Goris. 12 clubs, from at least 4 different countries will compete for the Wakke Memorial Cup, played in a 10-a-side format on Saturday 1nd May. The club is based in Laakdal, a small Belgian village conveniently located 50 km south-east from Antwerp and 60 km north-east from Brussels.

Westland Vets Rugby Festival, 1 MAY
This rugby festival is organised by WRC Haaglanden, situated on the south-east side of The Hague, near the beach and boulevard of Scheveningen and only 50 minutes drive from Amsterdam. The festival is organised for players of 35 years old or older and will be played according to the rules of the FIRA. The aim is to play good rugby in a fair, sporting manner and in the spirit of friendship.

Warsaw 10's, 1 - 2 MAY
2010 will see the 14th annual Warsaw 10’s Tournament at the Frogs & Co Warsaw Rugby Club. The tournament has gone from strength to strength and last year’s event hosted 16 teams from Poland, Hungary, Prague, Russia, England and the Isle of Wight. Friday night sees the tournament draw and welcome party at the 'Tortilla Factory' where there is a special 'eat and drink all that you can' promotion!! It is an extremely social event with plenty to keep you entertained both on and off the pitch. Previous winners, Godfathers RFC, were one of the teams travelling with You Invent

Browns Vets Rugby Tournament, 8 MAY
On the 8th May 2010 you are welcome to participate in the annual Vets rugby tournament at Browns Sports & Leisure Club. This 8 team tournament has proved extremely popular with teams travelling from all over Europe in previous years. Browns is located in Vilamoura, one of the most exclusive resorts in Europe. Established in 1986 as a tennis club, Browns was completely renovated in 2000 as part of a two phase project to create an exclusive sports training facility in Southern Europe.

Loule Tournement, 8 - 9 MAY
Now in its 24th year, this renowned international tournament combines good rugby with the equally appealing surroundings of the Algarve. A total of 8 sides compete in two pools of 4, followed by play-offs and a final. This makes for a small but perfectly formed competition with each team guaranteed a minimum of 4 games.

Neuchatel 7's, 8 - 9 MAY
In 2010 the Neuchatel 7’s will be in its 36th year, proving just how successful the event has become. In the last few years the tournament has grown in size and quality with teams from all over Europe invited to participate. 24 teams can enter and each side will be guaranteed to play on both days with preliminary pools leading to the finals in Cup and Plate competitions. IRB Seven Side Rugby Laws will apply.

Benidorm Women's 7s, 15 MAY
Rugby La Vila and You Invent would like to invite you to participate in the Benidorm Women’s 7’s tournament in 2010. The aim of the festival is to promote all levels of rugby in Spain, in particular on the Costa Blanca and to provide a fun, competitive environment for Golden Oldies teams to compete.

The Costa Blanca (White Coast) is renowned for its stunning consistent weather and numerous beaches situated on the Mediterranean Sea. Benidorm has much to offer, great weather, great beaches, many activities in the sun, a vibrant nightlife and first class accommodation ranging from hotels to apartments.

Bournemouth 7's, 28 - 30 MAY
In 2008 the inaugural festival was born and with 96 teams this festival became the Largest in Europe attracting over 12,000 fans in its first year. This Rugby/Music Festival is a whole weekend of entertainment, fancy dress, partying, rugby and drinking!

B7’s is a truly exclusive experience, held at the superb venue of Bournemouth Sports Club. It is transformed into the ultimate sporting arena with 65 acres of picturesque grounds and a capacity to cater for 20,000 people each day. All our welcome: Families, Friends, Rugby clubs, Hockey clubs, Netball clubs, Sports clubs, Universities and anyone who is up for a great weekend of fun whether you are 4 or 104 years old!

In 2009 the festival was lucky to have the following special guests in attendance: Austin Healey, Lewis Moody and Olly Barkley plus numerous other International and Premiership rugby players.

The 24th Benidorm Sevens will take place from Friday the 28nd – Sunday 30th May 2010 and will include two sections; National teams and clubs. Each team will be guaranteed to play on at least two separate days with IRB seven-a-side rugby laws being applied.

Dendermonde Rugby Club is proud to host the 17th edition of the "Flanders Open Rugby Tens", an international rugby tournament during the weekend of the 29th and 30th May with 32 teams from all over the world.

Dukes Open 10's, 30 MAY
On Sunday 30th May 2010 we welcome you to the annual Dukes tournament for senior teams. Teams from throughout Europe and the Netherlands will play against each other, which will make it a great weekend to enjoy with rugby enthusiasts from all over Europe.

Due to the unique location of the clubhouse it is possible to enjoy both rugby and music. During the weekend our city 's-Hertogenbosch will host Jazz in Duketown, a spectacular music event with stages set up all over town, full with live jazz and pop music. The rugby clubhouse is only 5 minutes walk from the city centre, which makes both events easily to combine.

International Huerth 7's, 29 - 30 MAY
The Huerth rugby sevens tournament was founded in 1962 and since then there have been 26 international winners from Germany, France, UK, Holland and the USA. Huerth rugby club is situated only 4 miles from the centre of Cologne and therefore a great night out after the day’s rugby is guaranteed!!!

2010 will see the 12th annual Phuket International 10's with teams from Australia, South Africa, Hong Kong and Korea amongst those competing last year. Not only will you have the chance to play in some amazing surroundings but you can also experience the wonders that Bangkok and Phuket have to offer during your stay in Thailand.

Ottawa Indians Festival, MAY (TBC)
2010 will see the 31st OIRFC International Tournament to be held in Ottawa Ontario, Canada at Twin Elms Park (venue for the 2008 Churchill Cup). The previous tournaments have attracted teams from Canada, the USA and Europe. You are guaranteed a minimum of three matches during the weekend. 2010 promises to be another enjoyable festival of rugby and we are striving to make the tournament bigger and better than ever before.

Scandinavian Open 7's, 14 - 15 AUGUST
In 2010 the Scandinavian Open 7’s will be in its 23rd year proving just how successful the event has become. In the last few years the tournament has grown in size and quality with the participation of teams from Poland, Russia, Holland, Germany, Scotland, Ireland and Fiji. Up to 80 teams can enter the various competitions; Men (40 teams), Ladies and Old Boys (20 teams each). Each side will be guaranteed to play on both days with preliminary pools leading to the finals in Cup, Plate and Bowl competitions. IRB Seven Side Rugby Laws will apply.

New York 7's, 26 NOVEMBER
The New York 7s Tournament is the largest and longest running sevens tournament in the United States. The tournament has been held on the Saturday following Thanksgiving since 1959 and traditionally marks the end of the Fall rugby season in the New York Metropolitan area. With over 106 teams in 2009 and hopefully more to follow in 2010, and with new fields and stepped up prizes, you’d be crazy to miss out!

We are pleased to invite you to the 2010 pre-Easter Youth Tournament, which will be hosted by Rugby Club Etten-Leur (R.E.L.) in the South of Holland. Etten-Leur is a little village next the bigger city of Breda, situated about 45 minutes drive from Rotterdam and Antwerp (Belgium). Rugby Club Etten-Leur is well-known for its hospitality and warm welcomes to all touring clubs.

The Pre–Easter tournament was started due to the large growth of young R.E.L. Rugby players over the last 7 years. It is already the 5th time in the history of R.E.L. that this tournament will be organised for the youngest categories of the youth.

Wilmslow RUFC Mini & Junior Rugby Festival, 25 APRIL
On Sunday 25th April 2010 we invite you to participate in Wilmslow RUFC's minis / junior rugby festival. This annual event of long standing, is both well attended and well respected and this year the event has been linked with premiership team, Sale Sharks. On Friday evening you will be given the opportunity to watch the Sharks play Newcastle Falcons (discounted ticket price) and then on Saturday morning there is the possibility of a light training session with the Sharks community team and a couple of current players! The tournament is open to all ages from U7’s through to U12’s.

The Jockey Club in Rosario is one the most prestigious clubs in Argentina. Rosario is 4 hours outside Buenos Aires by bus and is a well respected destination for rugby clubs to play and enjoy the famous nightlife. A sample itinerary will include 6 nights in Buenos Aires with a warm up fixture and 2 training sessions and 6 nights in Rosario (including 4 days of tournament rugby).
